Who Can Join? We invite any active or retired state employee or non-teaching school system employee interested in the issues and topics involving public service for the State of North Carolina to join SEANC District 71. |  |

How Can You Join? To join we need a completed application. Please contact Terry Ellis, Membership Chairman, 252-459-2128 for an application or more information. Your county chapter chairperson may also be able to assist you in completing an application. The month of March is usually our Membership Blitz Campaign and SEANC representatives will attend safety meetings to talk with employees. |

Benefits of Joining There are several benefits to becoming a member of our organization. Our members are close friends and we have a great time when we get together. Of course we also have a common interest, and we hope to further our cause.
